Japodium is a mobile application and website that serves as an intermediary booking platform connecting users with local tourist agencies, extreme sport operators, and licensed tour guides who offer recreational activities such as rafting tours, quad riding, bike rentals, guided city tours, and similar services.

2. Important Disclaimer - We Are Not a Service Provider

CRITICAL NOTICE: Japodium does NOT directly provide, operate, or sell any recreational services, tours, or activities. We act solely as a reservation platform that facilitates contact between users and third-party service providers. All recreational activities, tours, pricing, content, and offers displayed in our app are determined, operated, and provided exclusively by independent third-party agencies and operators.

3. Reservation Process

When you submit a reservation request through our app, the following process occurs:

• Your reservation details (name, email, phone, participants, date) are sent to both you and our admin at info@japodium.com
• Our agent will contact you for confirmation purposes only
• We connect you directly with the relevant third-party service provider or tour guide
• From that point forward, all interactions, arrangements, and transactions occur directly between you and the service provider
• Japodium is not involved in the actual service delivery, payment processing, or any aspect of your experience

4. Limitation of Liability

NO LIABILITY: Japodium, its owners, developers, and agents are NOT responsible for:

• Any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during any recreational activity
• The quality, safety, or condition of any services provided by third-party operators
• Inaccuracies in pricing, descriptions, or availability of offered services
• Cancellations, delays, or changes to scheduled activities
• The conduct, qualifications, or licensing status of third-party service providers
• Any disputes between users and service providers
• Payment issues, refund policies, or financial transactions with service providers
